Poster presentations

The only restriction for the posters concerns the maximum size which is A0 (84x119cm)

Oral presentations

It is expected that speakers prepare their paper in the form of a MS powerpoint presentation which can be presented from a regular office PC connected to a regular LCD projector.
If other software or hardware (overhead projector, video-recorder, DVD recorder) is required, please inform us before 1 April of what is required.

All presentations

If authors agree, a pdf version of their presentation (handout)  will be made during the congress and will be made available on the ITMA after the congress, either to ITMA members and congress attendants only (who will be given a keyword) or to all visitors over the internet. A form will be sent to the speakers before the congress on which they can indicate their preferences.
