Registration fee for the whole congress was € 400 for ITMA members and € 450 for non-members. Prices include all coffee, tea and lunches, as wel as the official congress dinner on Tuesday April 28. Accompanying persons could attend the official congress dinner for € 50.

There was a reduced fee of € 150 for MSc and PhD students of Dutch universities. Also one-day registrations were possible. The rates for one day were € 175 for ITMA members, € 200 for non-members and € 50 for students. In these prices, the costs of the coffee/tea and lunch(es) were included.

The procedure with regard to registration and payment was described in the registration form. It was asked to print out this form, fill it in accurately, and send it by post (regular mail) to the indicated address. On the second page of the form the instructions and conditions for payment are specified.
